Ready, Set, Connect! 🌟

A huge shoutout to two incredible members of the Sublime Care family, Kimberly, our Intake Officer, and Kylie, our Speech Therapist, who have been absolutely smashing it when it comes to connecting with the community! ✨

Kimberly is often the very first friendly voice people hear when they reach out to Sublime Care, making sure every new client feels welcomed, heard, and set up for success from day one. Meanwhile, Kylie brings her expertise as a Speech Therapist to the community, helping people understand how communication support can be a game-changer under the NDIS.

Together, they're out there every day, building genuine relationships, attending local events, and making sure people know that quality NDIS support is right at their doorstep. They bring warmth, dedication, and a whole lot of passion to everything they do. 💙

At Sublime Care, we believe that great support starts with great connections and Kimberly and Kylie are living proof of that every single day.

Aimee was excellent in guiding David through his EnableNSW scooter application all the way to his first ride after it was approved. 🎉🥳

Together, they explored the neighbourhood and visited some of his favourite local shops. David was thrilled and happy with how everything turned out and excited to see where his scooter would take him next. 🛵✨

What looked like a simple ride around the streets was actually a big deal for David. For him, it was a reminder that life gets a little better when you have the freedom to move around with ease and explore the world at your own pace. 🫶🍃

With every turn of the wheel, David is embracing the days ahead with confidence and a smile that says it all. ❤️
