Hosted by breast cancer survivor, and wellness & joy advocate - Robyn Edmonds-King.

Yoga & Meditation Teacher Amanda Reynolds, who will guide us through a meditation and a series of gentle exercises from the Encore Program.

Beth Adderley is an Usui Reiki Master & Art Therapist who will be closing the session with a guided meditation and the soothing sounds of crystal quartz singing bowls.

K I D S 💜 M I N D F U L N E S S (Ages 9-12)
Relaxing Sound Bath, Guided Meditation + Art Making Session.

We visited a Magical Spring Garden, met a special Guide, planted a Seed of our intention in the soil - of something we wish to grow better at…

We picked cards and chose our Spirit Animal. We shared our adventures and left the session with a Crystal in our pocket, a Seed in our hand and our Drawing to take home and complete ✨ Pure Magic! ✨

🌸 Purpose of the Journey:

The visualisation helps children connect to their inner wisdom and imagination in symbolic form.

The Spring Guide is a mirror of their deeper self, soul qualities, or a spiritual ally.

The seed represents potential, growth, and qualities within them waiting to emerge.

The journey teaches children that they can access guidance and renewal within themselves, through nature and imagination.

A special thank you to the beautiful children and their Mama’s who came along today 💖 I loved holding space for you all, it was so special 🙏
