Macs Health and Fitness Hi guys and gals. I want to assist you with your personal health and fitness goals. I am currently studying at FIT College. See below for more info!

I am a Registered Nurse / Midwife with a passion for health and fitness. I want to help pre and postnatal women keep fit and healthy with gentle exercise during a very important time in their lives. I also have an interest in assisting the elderly with their fitness goals with an aim to keep them mobile for as long as possible. I am currently studying my Certificate III and IV in Fitness with FIT College. I chose to study with FIT College as they have a great reputation for getting fitness instructors ready to assist people safely and effectively through their own fitness journeys.
