Personally, when I'm feeling down or needing to re-energize, I prefer to walk or sit in a park, with lots of trees and grassy areas. Better when I've got someone to hug me as well, but a fair substitute. Others like going to the beach, burying their feet in the sand and breathing in the sea air....
