Since 2014, our MH team client list has grown to include some of Australia's top Social Media Influencers, WA’s top netball and combat sports athletes, a large volume of youth netball athletes, and women with a long list of health issues who feel let down by the health and medical system. Feeling like they have no control over their mind, body, or around food and consequently sacrificing their health and wellbeing in the process. At MH we take a holistic approach to our coaching, we educate all of our clients on the importance of nutrition, training, and behavior to allow them to not only get results but maintain them, without feeling restricted, overwhelmed, and frustrated. We take a ‘health first’ approach at MH. That is, if your body is healthy it will be much easier for you to lose weight, get toned, build muscle, or improve your athletic performance. We do this all whilst our clients have energy, sleep well, improve digestion and ability their tolerate different foods, reduce PMS symptoms, improve mental health, and overall to be their best possible self.

Let me share Sarah’s story 👇🏼

Before working with us, Sarah had tried everything.

Roaccutane. The pill. Steroids. Naturopaths. Antibiotics.

Our lovely client Chloe 😍

We’ve been working together for about a year now, and couldn’t be prouder of her results! She completely changed her approach to food, stopped doing fad diets, got stronger and healthier, and took her health and fitness to a whole new level.

When it came time to prepare for her wedding, we did a reverse diet to help her reach her goals in a healthy and sustainable way, and then when she was ready, we did a cut.

She has the most incredible energy in her sessions, and her energy always lights up the room! 🥰
