Hello beautiful souls! ⁣

Welcome to New Moon in Aries energy. I really wanted to start painting, creating art again so here is my first, dare I say, rusty artwork creation. ⁣
⁣
Fun fact: I have always been creative, I used to love colouring in competitions as a kid - all colouring in had to be in the lines, thank you Venus in Virgo in my 5th house aka perfectionist*. Every creation also had to be finished off with glitter (hello 90s kid). I totally won a few times. Art and textiles were my favourite subjects at high school, although I felt a lot of pressure to always create amazing work and did not understand the perfectionist streak back then. Now I do, and sometimes it can still make me stop dead in my tracks. We are all work in progresses. Am I right?!⁣

Back to Aries (Sorry Aries, I know I got sidetracked), we are now well in the midst of Aries season until 19 April. It's New Moon in Aries tonight/early morning and really the beginning of the Astrological new year. It's time where we can really start afresh so to speak. New moons are where we begin manifesting what we want to take action on, and I feel it's perfect timing to begin being true to YOU! Aries is all about self, it's the the baby of the signs, and it's ok to put yourself first and think about what you want and what you want to do. The good thing is Aries takes action, it helps us get things moving, sometimes too quickly and awakens this willpower we have within. We all have Aries in our birthchart, so we all will have this Arian energy in some part of our lives and it will play out differently depending on the ruling planet, Mars and where Mars is and what planet is moving past and through your Aries/Mars houses and placements. I will explain this further in future posts so if you're already confused, it's ok. ⁣

Don't worry if you're feeling stuck or like you have no idea where to begin in what you want to start doing or manifesting, don't let the words, "new beginnings" psyche you out. Aries is experienced differently for everyone but the collective energy of Aries is an overall feeling of determination. We do have Mercury in Aries right now, as well as Aries New Moon conjunct (right next to) Chiron, the wounded healer, so it might be bringing up a fair bit for you, perhaps past wounds/fears that you don't always think about, but that are being brought up in your thoughts or communicated. The good news is, Aries is usually really quick (because it can be impatient) so that needs to come forward will and it will most likely move on just as quickly too.

It's definitely not just "perfectionist" at all, this is just my fun and quick interpretation for myself that is a little more on the shadow side. That's right every sign, planet and house has higher and shadow aspects, just like us humans!

Oh sorry, I was just daydreaming about the song I am going to write later for my partner and share with them when we are alone. It's going to be so beautiful. I've been feeling so emotionally connected to them that I can't imagine life without them. ⁣

Also, I've noticed collectively everyone around me have been really anxious so I have been working on some ideas that I think will help so many people. I can already feel the impact it will have and hopefully then the collective energy will feel less dense. You know it's been so full on, I really feel for everyone. ⁣

I've been having intense vivid dreams at night too, I have been writing them down as poems in my journal. Maybe I'll make them into songs too!⁣

Oh wow that's amazing, I love that! So tell me Pisces, how is it having Neptune your modern ruler and Jupiter your traditional ruler hanging out with you right now? ⁣

I mean it's amazing, Neptune is making my spirtual connection and understanding feel so interconnected with everything I've been feeling inspired to create, and Jupiter is making my sensitivity and healing plus growth happen at a whole new level. So many realisations and my consciousness levels are excessive...I swear I have been connecting to the spirtual realm more than ever. It almost feels like my dreams are coming true! ⁣

⁣The only thing is I am going to be exhausted by the end of this month and need to probably retreat, binge on some TV shows and escape the world for a while. It gets a bit much you know!⁣

Whooooo all planets are now direct!!

Let's discuss.

It's time to start putting things into action, everything you have been reflecting on in the last month, any changes or realisations that you have had you need to discuss them, change or start planning to make them a reality. Make sure your plans are realistic because we still have 4 planets (Mars, Venus, Mercury and Pluto) in Capricorn until 13th. Capricorn is pragmatic, organised, hard-working and has boss energy.

Key dates to look out for this month:

11 February - Mercury is conjunct (right next to) Pluto in Capricorn. Mercury is the planet of communication and intellect, whilst Pluto is the planet of deep transformation, destruction and the taboo. There could be some interesting conversations, they might be intense and secretive in nature. You might even discover something about yourself that is deeply transformative. There might also be some power struggles.

14 February - Mercury goes back into Aquarius. Time to become innovative with your ideas and start sharing them with the collective and community.

16 February - Mars is conjunct Venus in Capricorn. Mars the masculine planet of passion, sexuality, assertion is going to be hanging out right next to Venus, the feminine planet of love, beauty, attraction. Opposites attract. Sparks may fly, things might be spiced up if you're currently in a relationship. It's a great time for passion and excitement. If single, a new love interest may manifest.

16 February - Full Moon in Leo. Leo is charismatic, creative and loves the spotlight. For this full moon, you may feel more lively, ready to mingle, play, explore and create. Be your authentic self and celebrate you. Remember the full moon in the moon phases is about enjoying the moment, your cup being full.
