Yesterday I had a new client booked for a remedial session for Sciatica problem. So I performed lower limbs relaxation massage and work on piriformis as well, and I also work on her neck region as she request. After finish the whole session, the client claim that I am not qualified and refused to pay for the service.
So, my point of sharing this matter is to alert to all the massage therapists please be aware of this kind of client who play victim to unpaid our service. I have learned my lesson from now on I will request new client who are not under private health claim still need to sign a consent form for their treatment, just in case unpleasant problems happen again.
