Last week we had some wonderful feedback on our Infrared Saunas... it’s cold outside, so to assist in raising your temperature before you head into our saunas we have set up this lovely new space! Just outside our sauna room you will find a variety of complementary herbal teas. These are for you to enjoy BEFORE you head in for your session. Don’t forget to bring a bottle of water for your session. BOOK ONLINE NOW!
