Clinical Myotherapist Jessica Hoggan on behalf of the Myo-Way Team.

With tremendous gratitude we thank you all for another fantastic year of you choosing US to support you along your wellness journey.

Myo-Way will remain open through the festive season with reduced hours and closed for public holidays and some additional days for us to enjoy extra family time. We will continue to monitor the phones and online bookings remotely.

We wish you a memorable and safe festive season and look forward to what 2026 has in stall for Myo-Way, and cannot wait to hear your goals and support you to achieved them.

What is Remedial Massage?
It is a manual therapy designed to help relieve pain, discomfort and tension in the body’s muscles, joints and soft tissues. A Remedial Massage therapists primary focus is to assess and treat musculoskeletal problems caused by injury, overuse or stress. They use a range of techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and stretching to help alleviate pain, increase range of motion and improve overall function.
