2026 pre-seasons are kicking off! Here are our top 3 tips to surviving pre-season:

1. Sudden spikes in running volume = prime injury territory 🚨. If something feels sore for longer than 48 hours, that’s a red flag and something you should address with your physio.

2. Don’t skip strength 💪. Aim for 2-3 sessions per week.

3. Warm up properly 🏃‍♂️. Gradually increase the intensity and incorporate change of direction, acceleration, deceleration and sport specific drills.
