One of my favourite things about making a meal plan as individual as you are is taking into account all your personal influences on your eating behaviours. Things such as eating times, preferences, intolerances, and both macronutrients and micronutrients goals for our needs make what we eat specific to us! ☁️
For me I love a sweet breakfast usually after a morning walk, meditation and coffee to ground me into the day ✨
My second favourite thing is recreating healthier versions of old favourites! A sweet breakfast that consists of certain cereals and milk can contain around 5 teaspoons of sugar and inflammatory vegetable oils that are not going to help you to feel full or energised for the day!
Swapping these for a granola with a variety of nuts, seed and spices like this one by is not only going to be better for our digestion but a better start to the day. Paired with organic Greek or coconut yogurt with a teaspoon of protein powder mixed through and a berry chia jam and you’ve got yourself a sweet (without refined sugar), protein and fiber packed breakfast for a beautiful start to the day 🤎
