If you’ve been feeling tight through your shoulders or upper back, a tennis ball (or massage ball) can be a really handy tool at home.

You can gently roll the ball:
Between your shoulder blades
Along the back of the shoulder
Down into the arm
Or across the front of the shoulder

This can be done by leaning against a wall or using a door frame, letting your body weight control the pressure. Slow, steady movements work best, it shouldn’t feel sharp or painful.

Tip: If the ball keeps slipping, pop it into a sock before using it. It makes it much easier to control and stops it from rolling away 😄

I aim to create a space where you feel listened to, safe, and supported while still working specifically on areas holding tension.

It’s not rushed, not fluffy, and not about pushing through pain.

The goal is for you to leave feeling lighter, even if everything isn’t completely resolved in one session.
