Jean Paul Sartre said ‘It is up to you to give life a meaning’ I kinda like to extend on this and say ‘It’s up to you to give YOUR life meaning!’ Because truly it is up to you to give your life meaning not just life itself.

No one can make your life difficult but you. No one can make your life better but you! No one can change your life but you!

You see you are in control of your life no one else. You have control over your mind, over your body & your soul. (Heart)

It is all up to you to give your life meaning so go out there and start giving your life meaning.

Close down your eyes, take a deep breath in through your nose & on the exhale, letting go of your day through your mouth.

Taking notice of how your body is feeling, letting go of the external noise that maybe around you just taking that moment to be present with your body & the beachside sounds.

The act of being present can help to shift your energy & uplift your mood.

Join us for a deeply revitalising group healing session designed to restore balance within. The gentle flow of Reiki energy and the vibrational medicine of sound healing will bring harmony to the masculine and feminine energies that exist in all of us. This sacred alignment will bring you grounding, clarity, compassion, and inner wholeness.

Benefits you may experience:· Release of energetic blockages and past tension·
Greater emotional balance and stress relief·
Heightened intuition and inner clarity· A renewed sense of peace, vitality, and connection with your higher self.

What to Expect: This 90-minute session will include a guided meditation to bring awareness to the inner masculine and feminine aspects of yourself, hands on healing techniques using Reiki energy and tuning forks, as well as the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, drums and chimes washing over you.

You’ll be invited to simply relax and receive, allowing the energies to restore natural balance within.A yoga mat, bolster and blanket will be provided for you.

What to Bring:·
Additional mat if you prefer extra cushioning·
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax·
A water bottle to stay hydrated·
A journal and pen to capture your experience·
Personal items such as crystals·
An open heart and mind to receive the full healing effect. This event is open to all, no prior experience with Reiki or sound healing is needed. Energy and sound healing are safe and non-invasive therapy, although if there are any physical or mental health conditions you are concerned about, please contact us prior to arriving.

Please aim to arrive no later than 10 minutes prior to the start of the session to get yourself settled in. The entrance doors will need to be locked at 4:00pm to provide safety and privacy during the session.

✨ Letting go of your day✨
Wherever you are pause, take a moment to yourself for the next 25 seconds
Take a deep breath in through your nose & on the exhale blowing out through your mouth, holding the intention of letting go of your day whilst allowing the smoke to cleanse your auric field.

Did you know that:
🪻Smudging is the ritual of burning sacred herbs & resins like sage, cedar, frankincense, myrrh to name just a few and, is believed to have spiritual benefits that promote healing and purification. You can even use incense.

🪻The smoke is used to cleanse negative energy from spaces, people, and objects, fostering a sense of peace and balance.

🪻By engaging in this practice, I often experience a heightened sense of clarity, connection to my higher self, and protection from harmful influences. It also smells amazing!

🪻Smudging can also serve as a meditative practice, helping to calm the mind and invite positive, transformative energy into one’s life.

A gentle reminder to stop, pause & be present. Present with all that is around you. The sound, the scents & your feelings. Take a moment breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth however that feels for you and dropping into yourself and your environment.
