Nine years ago, after my separation, I began a deep healing journey.
My mantra became Be True. Be Brave. Be You.

It carried me.
It reminded me to break patterns, shift cycles, and choose differently.

Be True to yourself & others.
Be Brave enough to make the hard decisions.
Be You — because there is only one you.

For the past 5 years, this name has held my business and my growth beautifully. And I honour it with so much love and gratitude. 💜

But as someone who is constantly evolving… I’ve felt the call to expand. To align even deeper with the work I’m truly here to do.

And that is to help others Embody their inner essence.

Through trauma-informed, nervous system aware bodywork — integrating Energy, Sound & Massage Therapy — I support alignment, regulation and deep self-connection. I guide you back to your body. Back to your truth. Back to your light.

🐍 You don’t often hear people talking about the in-between stages of versions of self. Or as I like to call it Evolution of the soul.

The part where you’re not quite feeling yourself & not quite sure of the new version that stares before you in the mirror.

You may feel restless , on edge, anxious, unsure on how to move forward. You are shifting. Your work is no longer feeling aligned, friendships may have shifted, you have outgrown your surroundings, habits are changing as you have been doing the work.

Doing all the work & yet you still feel out of body not quite sure of the person who stands before you in the mirror 🪞

You are in a void or the in between. Just like a snake sheds its skin you have outgrown your old skin, & yet left with a version of self that feels unfamiliar.

The quiet unbecoming to becoming the person you are here to be.

In the final week of the year of the snake I invite you to let go one last time of people, places, things, habits, with love & gratitude thanking them for the lessons & gifts of a deeper understanding of self. A final shedding of anything that is no longer in alignment or serving your highest path. Making way for all the new fresh energy & opportunities that are arriving in the year of the 🔥 horse.🐴

Walking this path isn’t always easy & if you are in the void this is a good space to be. I know it can feel scary but this is a beautiful time of deep discovery of self. You’re at a cross roads of a new beginning, a deeper understanding of self. Trust that all is working for you because it is!
