We often talk about addictions in a negative way but why not get kids addicted to something positive early on?
Training releases feel-good endorphins, teaches discipline, and builds a strong mind body connection. When they experience those happy endorphins early, they’re far more likely to chase healthy habits long term instead of unhealthy ones.
