Through small group resistance training using weights you will see your body change and tone while your metabolism speeds up! We know that bodies are made in the kitchen not just in the gym! We often talk about addictions in a negative way but why not get kids addicted to something positive early on?
Training releases feel-good endorphins, teaches discipline, and builds a strong mind body connection. When they experience those happy endorphins early, they’re far more likely to chase healthy habits long term instead of unhealthy ones.
Starting young isn’t about lifting heavy,it’s about building strong bodies, strong minds, and great lifelong addictions 💪

My daughters story after tearing her ACL and putting in the hard work with the right physio and support, she’s now back doing what she loves most playing the game that’s been part of her life for 18 years.
