Nearly at the end of this chapter 🌴✈️
Holidays are amazing… but they also remind me how much I’ve built a life I don’t need to escape from.
I’m heading back not just refreshed but excited. Excited for my routine, my people, my work, my growth.
This trip was beautiful… but so is the life waiting for me at home.
Not many people feel that and that’s something I’ll never take for granted.
Let’s get back to it 🔥

Watching you grow into the man you are today has been one of my greatest joys. You are such a hard worker, always striving for more and it honestly makes me so excited and proud to see you achieving everything you set your mind to.

Now, seeing you step into this next chapter with Stacey and a baby boy on the way… my heart is so full.

You’re going to be an incredible dad and I already know your little boy will look up to you just like your brother and sister do.

I love how you lead by example, how you support and encourage your siblings and the standards you set without even realising. That says everything about the kind of man you are.

Never forget how proud I am of you, not just today but every single day.

You have always had a way of making me feel so special. Every day you include me in your plans and keep me up to date with everything in your life. One of my greatest joys is watching your children grow and when I’m not there with you, the videos you send bring the biggest smiles to my face.
I am so incredibly proud of the woman you are. You set goals and you go after them with discipline and determination, and you always lead by example.
You’ve built a beautiful, healthy family, and that alone is one of life’s greatest achievements. I have no doubt that your future will only continue to get brighter and better.

We often talk about addictions in a negative way but why not get kids addicted to something positive early on?
Training releases feel-good endorphins, teaches discipline, and builds a strong mind body connection. When they experience those happy endorphins early, they’re far more likely to chase healthy habits long term instead of unhealthy ones.
Starting young isn’t about lifting heavy,it’s about building strong bodies, strong minds, and great lifelong addictions 💪

My daughters story after tearing her ACL and putting in the hard work with the right physio and support, she’s now back doing what she loves most playing the game that’s been part of her life for 18 years.

Two years back on the field, stronger, wiser and more determined than ever. Proof that with patience, persistence and belief, you can come back even better than before.
