💫After nearly 10 incredible years at Hands On Myotherapy, Dee is finishing up with us, and we will miss her dearly💫

We will miss not only her exceptional skills and knowledge as a powerhouse Myotherapist, but also her warmth, fun, and bubbly energy that she brought into the clinic every single day. Dee has been such a special part of our team, and we wish her nothing but the very best as she steps into an exciting new chapter of her career.

I first met Dee 11 years ago when she was working as a PT while studying Remedial Massage. When I opened Hands On Myotherapy in 2016, Dee trusted me enough to come and work alongside me — something I’ll always be grateful for. With a little encouragement, she went on to complete her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and has played a key role in helping build the clinic into what it is today.

Dee is not just a colleague, but a dear friend, and I couldn’t be prouder of her and all that she has achieved.

Jordan is a qualified Myotherapist & Remedial Massage Therapist, having completed his Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy and Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Australian College of Fitness & Bodywork (ACFB).

With over 10 years of professional experience in dance, teaching & choreography, Jordan brings a deep understanding of movement, posture, and performance. This makes him especially passionate about supporting:

🏋️ Active individuals

Jordan has extensive experience treating chronic pain conditions, including:
• Neck & back pain
• Headaches
• TMJ dysfunction
• Postural-related issues

At Hands On Myotherapy, Daleen specialises in TMJ treatment to help ease tightness in the jaw and surrounding areas. Using a mix of soft tissue work, dry needling, and tailored exercises, we’ll help get you feeling better, faster.

☃️ Cold and wet winter days usually call for ugg boots or slippers to keep our feet toasty warm at home🔥
They may feel cosy but if you're prone to foot, heel, ankle or knee pain, they could be doing more harm than good!

With little to no arch support, uggs and slippers are not ideal to wear for long periods. They can aggrevate old injuries/ conditions or create new aches and pains like plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis and knee pain due to overpronation (feet rolling inwards).

We suggest swapping them for runners or my trick, our archie slides with socks 🧦 not the most stylish but easy to wear around the house.
