We’re thrilled to welcome Jess to the Pacific Plan Management family! 🎉

Jess joins our team with previous experience in NDIS Plan Management, bringing valuable knowledge and understanding of how to support participants in getting the most out of their plans.

Alongside this, she is also a Counsellor and Psychotherapist in the Illawarra region, providing life support counselling, NDIS counselling services, and support for children, teens and adults.
Jess’s background in counselling gives her a strong understanding of the challenges many people face and the importance of compassionate, person-centred support. This experience, combined with her Plan Management knowledge, makes her a fantastic fit for our team and the participants we support.

We’re so excited to have Jess on board and can’t wait for everyone to meet her!

Sometimes the best meetings don’t happen in the office. ☀️

Today the Pacific Plan Management team took the morning to focus on something just as important as work — our mental health.
We started the day in beautiful Kiama with some breathwork, followed by a team meeting in the sunshine and a great lunch together at the Kiama Pub.

It also happened to line up with Gerard’s birthday… although he was very clear that this was definitely not a birthday lunch for him. 🎂😄

A great reminder that taking time to reset, laugh together and step away from the desks every now and then is important for everyone.

🔹 26% Self-Manage their funding
🔹 68% choose to work with a Plan Manager

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day and the incredible women who make up our Pacific Plan Management team 🔆

Behind the invoices, phone calls, emails and meetings is a group of strong, compassionate, and hardworking women who genuinely care about the people and families we support.

In our office, we lift each other up, support one another through busy days, celebrate the wins (big and small), and work together as a team. That support flows into everything we do — because when we feel supported, we can better support our community – Give to Gain.

International Women’s Day is about recognising the strength, resilience and leadership of women everywhere — especially the women in the disability community, the mums, carers, support workers, business owners and participants who inspire us every single day.

We are proud to work alongside such amazing women and to be part of a sector driven by compassion, advocacy and empowerment.

Did you know 68% of NDIS participants now use Plan Management? 🔆

The latest NDIS Quarterly Report has been released, and here are some key takeaways:
• Families & carers reported a 6% increase in paid employment (47% → 53%)
• 41% of participants aged 15+ joined community and social activities
• 117 provider registrations revoked & 95 banning orders issued
• 4.6% more registered providers entered the market
• 9,996 new participants joined the Scheme since September 2025
• 166,757 children under 9 now have an NDIS plan
• 68% of participants use a Plan Manager, 6% are NDIA-managed and 26% are self-managed.
• Total payments for the year to 30 June 2025: $46.4 billion.
