Last week some of our team had the pleasure of attending two fantastic community events — the Caffeine Connection Wollongong Launch and able.plus event in Newcastle.

It was great to connect with participants, providers and fellow organisations, and to be part of conversations around inclusion, support and the NDIS.

💡 Invoice Processing Timeline – A Helpful Guide for Participants & Providers

To help keep things running smoothly, we’ve put together a simple invoice processing timeline showing how long it usually takes for an invoice to be processed once it’s correct.

While we often process invoices much sooner, please allow up to 7 business days before following up. If you haven’t received payment or a response after this time, feel free to give us a call — it’s possible we may not have received your invoice.

Allowing this timeframe actually helps us process invoices more efficiently, as following up too early can sometimes slow things down.

We also offer a free NDIS Provider Invoice Template on our website: https://www.pacificplan.com.au/provider-invoice-template-download-here to help make sure invoices include all the required details.

📄 Please note: Invoices need to be submitted in PDF format so they can be read by our system.
