French Autumns are my favourite season. Just at the edge of summer, water still warm and like clockwork, the winter swell.

That's something I miss, being in the east coast of Australia. The sun setting over the ocean, the perfect waves, the great food, the full moon surfs without a worry in the world.

Ready for Date Night with my Lover.

The past year has been super difficult for both of us. Him navigating his ex taking the kids away from him and his attempts to have them back in his life, consistently, uninterrupted - he has not yeslt succeeded - and me working on my childhood trauma through witnessing his children getting traumatised before my eyes and reliving a great deal of it in the process. My mum too was an emotionally unstable and controlling woman, often depressed, sometimes suicidal.

It's been tough and it's been great.

I've done some deeep work that I had been avoiding. My body told me to let go of the job I was holding on.
The work and Perimenopause made me tired and completely give up what it meant to be the founder of and start taking deeper care of myself. This let to a softening. A letting be, that created space for so much more magic.

Mentawai, Amazigh, Sahara, Dreams and Vision.

It's great also because my Amazigh Johnny and I had to really want to be together, learnt to loathe being eachother sometimes but somehow always with love and patience. We understand each other better, we both assert our needs better and we listen.

It's been tough, and yet we grow closer, stronger and more supportive of eachother's goals and aspirations.

So tonight, it's date night. The equal 3rd relationship - amongst that of mine with myself and his with himself - gets extra care. And I'm all in for it 💙

I love putting my skills and knowledge at the service of others.

5 years of Women Make Waves means I've developed skills I never thought I would, including web design, funnel strategy, sales strategy, branding strategy. I am by no means a master at these but I know enough to help others. And I was so delighted to be able to do that for my old friend Toby Halligan.

He's known as many things: lawyer, political media advisor, stand up comedy, but whay he's less famous for is his incredibly prolific and fascinating art.

2025 has been a year of massive shifts for me and

On a personal level: I've dug deeper than ever in my inner work as I could see patterns that would not bulge. I found someone that does what I do and could do it for me! So thankful for that. Sometimes, doing yourself is just too hard for the nervous system, and you need someone to hold space for you.

On the side of WMW, after stopping completely to find a more sustainable way to make it work, I slowly started putting the foundational bricks in place.

And I started to use it kore as a vehicle to sustain my excitement while serving you.

In June, I went to the Siberut jungle and I met Robi, our guide who led us to a Mentawai family, where we stayed immersed for a few days. Incredible experience that I still have to distil to you. This experience gave me a new understanding on the knowledge available to us. It clarified my mission and reinforced my willingness to use myself and the biz as a channel to better this world. My way. The idea of turning wmw into an NGO for cultural conservation and female empowerment sparked.

We are waaays away from this, but we are headed there. The plan, help conserve dying cultures (due to economic development, development and environmental issues and political unwillingness to give First Nations a voice). And to respectfully share pearls of wisdom with you, so you too can learn from people that have been connected to the land, each other and themselves for thousands of years, making them the most resilient, joyful and loving people you'll ever meet.

This project is going to take time. Meanwhile, I am also preparing the Sahara Project, a mid term plan. The idea: retracing my ancestors steps through the Sahara from Tunisia to Algeria. 2500km on foot.

To ensure all of this is possible without killing myself with work, I have started automating my knowledge through online courses. So you can access the help you need while I'm away. The next time overseas is End Dec to end Feb when I'll do a short reconnaissance walk in the Sahara.

You're not talking to your parents. You're talking to a child.

When you notice your parent looping into one of their patterns, they've stepped back to the version of them that created that pattern as a protective response to a trauma. Often a young child.

Think about that jext time, envision them as a child before you respond.

Lately many have been feeling this urge to clean, to clear space. The call to declutter their physical, mental and emotional space.

This is a sure way to know you are in your Spring Time. A whisper from your roots that it is time to surge through the darkness of your fertile soil.

It is also a sign that your soul knows change is coming and it is asking you to prepare by making way for the new.

Spring is an exciting time. Your energy mobilises, your body listens, you spring into action.

Be mindful of your intentions, they will give you the fruits of the trees you tend to.

All journeys start with a first step.

Sometimes the first step is the decision to turn inwards. For me it was a first step I begrudgingly took after breaking my back.

It led me to
Even in my wildest dreams I could not have imagine the path I would walk.

The truth is leading a life that resonates with your heart is scary and the first step is hard as hell.

But regardless, learning what is best for you is always the key. It will lead you where you are called to go with more ease.

It most likely will require some experimenting, and without a doubt will always be better and easier to figure out in a safe space. A space where you can drop the urgency race. Pause. And take a big breath before that step.

A moment, even tiny, of inner safety and assurance or (like it was for me at first) of despair.

We hope you have a safe space, and whether or not you do, we always offer you a safe space alongside tools and modalities to get to know yourself.

Knowing yourself - I can't stress this enough - is the key to solving all your problems and start living a life you won't want to forget.

Quite frankly, you may not be able to forget it if you tap into yourself wholeheartedly.
