Missed appointments affect both your doctor and other patients waiting for care.

If you do not attend your appointment, a DNA (Did Not Attend) fee will apply:

Standard appointment: $60
Long appointment: $120

To avoid this fee, please call at least 2 hours before your appointment if you’re unable to attend.

⚠️ Outstanding DNA fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
Please note: Medicare does not cover missed appointment fees.

We understand that unexpected situations happen and individual circumstances are always considered.
