Just a little Easter reminder 🤍

We’ll be closed over the Easter long weekend.

Taking some much needed time to slow down and enjoy with our little family.

A little update from us 🤍

Recently, we’ve experienced an increase in last minute cancellations and missed appointments. While we completely understand that life happens, these changes often leave appointment times that can’t be filled, especially on short notice.

As a small business, protecting this time is really important for both our team and the clinic.

Because of this, we are now implementing a stricter cancellation policy along with a $100 booking deposit for all appointments (excluding reviews and complimentary consultations).

Your deposit is non-refundable, however will remain on your file and can be used towards your treatment or future booking if rescheduled with appropriate notice.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any changes so we can offer your appointment to another client where possible.

Happy International Women’s Day 🤍✨

Today we’re celebrating the incredible women who make up our little corner of the aesthetics industry.

From the amazing nurses I get to work alongside every day, to the many talented aesthetic nurses we connect with across our industry, I truly believe in support over competition 🤍

There is so much value in women sharing knowledge, learning from one another and lifting each other up. Some of my favourite moments in this career have been connecting with other aesthetic nurses, exchanging ideas and cheering each other on.

To my beautiful team, Shannon and Eliza, I’m so proud of the supportive and positive environment we’ve built together 🤍

And to the incredible women we see in clinic every day, our clients, mums, business owners, students, carers and everything in between, thank you for trusting us and supporting our small business.

The past couple of days have been full of learning!

On Tuesday evening Shannon and I travelled to the Central Coast to attend an education session as part of the Juv’ae mentorship program “The Roadmap to Retention” with the incredibly talented

We were personally invited by the Juv’ae leadership team to participate in this mentorship program, which has been a real privilege to be part of.

The session was held at Jamie’s beautiful clinic, , where we spent the evening learning alongside other aesthetic nurses and practitioners. The focus was on refining consultations, patient retention, and continuing to prioritise safety and patient care in aesthetic practice.

Jamie is someone I have long admired in this industry. Her philosophy around aesthetics, dedication to ongoing education, and commitment to constantly improving her practice is incredibly inspiring.

The session also explored more advanced treatment approaches, including volumising techniques in areas such as the temple.

That session wrapped up around 10pm Tuesday evening, and yesterday Shannon and I were back in Sydney again for a full day training event at Galderma head office.

The day focused on advanced treatment approaches, particularly biostimulating treatments and volumising techniques, and how these can work hand in hand to create natural and balanced outcomes.

Investing in education is everything in this industry. Techniques, products and understanding of facial ageing are constantly evolving, so continuing to learn and refine our approach is so important.

Safe to say it’s been a big couple of days! but Shannon and I are both back in clinic today and looking forward to seeing our clients.
