Have you seen what we are doing? We have created an offering called On Demand! You get a Weekly runstrong session you can join in LIVE from your home gym as well as detailed trail running sessions and road running sessions that you can do in your own time with advice and tips from us. We also have a Run recovery session LIVE. There is much more and the program is only $169 for the entire Term. Nice work at Lake Mac for this weeks Myrungroup session.
This was a Strength based session where we focussed on running short steep hills followed by longer repetitions.

Our regular runners were joined by a few new runners for the start of the Term!

Excellent training effort in challenging warm conditions, so we finished the session by getting into the water!
