Here are gentle ways to bring your energy back:
✔️ Sleep well. Go to bed and wake up at the same time every day. Rest is healing.
✔️ Move your body. A short walk, light stretching, or gentle yoga helps your energy flow.
✔️ Eat fresh. Choose colorful fruits and veggies, and drink plenty of water.
✔️ Clear your space. A tidy room helps you breathe and think better.
✔️ Do what you love. Read, rest, laugh, or enjoy your favorite cup of tea.

And when you need an extra boost, reflexology can help calm your mind, ease tension, and bring your body back into balance.
