As we step gently into a new year, may you move forward with ease in your body, clarity in your mind, and softness in your heart.

Thank you for being part of this beautiful community — for showing up, breathing together, and sharing the quiet magic that unfolds on the mat. Your presence truly makes this space what it is.

May 2026 meet you with moments of stillness, steady strength, and gentle growth. Trust the wisdom within you, and remember that even the smallest practices can create profound shifts.

I’m very much looking forward to reconnecting in the new year and sharing more movement, breath, and moments of mindful connection together.

With gratitude and warm wishes for a peaceful, joy-filled year ahead.

As we continue to enjoy our Christmas break, I wanted to offer a soft reminder to care for yourself during this season.

Pauses can be deeply nourishing — even when they feel unfamiliar. Let this be a time to soften, listen, and honour what your body and heart are asking for.

✨ Less is more
There is no need for a full practice. A few mindful moments — rolling on the floor, stretching languidly, or resting quietly with a hand on your chest — can be profoundly settling.

🌬 Let the breath lead
Return to your breath often. Breathe through the nose, lengthen the exhale, or simply notice the rise and fall as it is. A silent reassurance can help: In this moment, I am safe.

🌿 Be held by nature
Step outside when you can. Feel the earth beneath bare feet, walk among trees, sit beside water, or soak in sunlight. Nature has a way of restoring balance without effort.

📓 Make space to reflect
You might explore these questions gently:
– What is asking for my attention right now?
– What feels ready to be laid down as this year draws to a close?

💤 Honour rest as essential
Rest is not indulgence — it is integration. Sleeping in, napping, or moving through mornings slowly allows the nervous system to recalibrate.

🤍 Speak to yourself with care
Notice your inner dialogue. Let it be kind. Let it be patient. You might whisper to yourself: I am doing enough. I am enough.

This pause is part of the practice. Nothing is lost — everything is integrating.

So grateful for this beautiful community. I look forward to gathering again soon

Merry Christmas dear students and friends

As we arrive at this sacred pause in the year, I want to send my deepest gratitude and love to each of you. Thank you for showing up with open hearts, willing bodies, and curious spirits. The energy you bring into our shared practice is a true gift, and it is felt far beyond the mat.

May this Christmas wrap you in peace, rest, and gentle joy. May you be nourished by time with loved ones, quiet moments of reflection, and the simple beauty of being present.

I am so grateful for the journey we continue to walk together. I look forward with an open heart to sharing more breath, movement, stillness, and connection with you in 2026.

Wishing you a peaceful and love-filled Christmas, and a new year guided by grace.

As we gently move toward Christmas…

This sacred season invites us to slow down, soften the edges of the year, and return to what truly nourishes the heart. Our yoga classes will continue to offer a quiet refuge amidst the festive busyness — a space to breathe, restore, and reconnect with your inner light.

As 2025 gently draws to a close, I want to thank each of you for showing up with such dedication, presence, and open hearts. It is a true privilege to walk this path with you.

May your Christmas be filled with peace, warmth, and moments of deep stillness, and may the New Year open with clarity, grace, and renewed vitality.

Wishing you and your loved ones a truly fabulous Christmas and a luminous New Year.

With love and gratitude,

Angelique 🙏💜🙏

Peace it Together

Hello my name is Angelique Pratten and I’d love to share with you my passion.

My passion is yoga.

Peace it Together was born from my deep desire to share the many benefits of the ancient practices of yoga and to teach others how to apply these techniques in a practical way to successfully navigate our busy, modern world.

The science of yoga provides a number of techniques to bring us back to centre, to find our place of peace and gain a sense of equanimity. These practices include yoga asana (physical postures), meditation (dhyana), breath work (pranayama) and Kirtan (devotional chanting).
