Purity in Practice
This week we’ll explore what it means to practice with purity — not perfection, not performance — but presence.
In the yogic tradition, Saucha (purity) from the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali invites us to clear away what is unnecessary so we can return to what is essential.
On the mat, this looks like:
• Choosing alignment over aesthetics
• Listening instead of pushing
• Letting your breath be honest
Off the mat, it becomes:
• Speaking with clean intention
• Creating space before reacting
• Living in alignment with your values
Join me this week as we strip the practice back to its foundation — simple, steady, sincere.
Come as you are.
Leave a little lighter.
