I'm excited to share the progress Emma has made in achieving her health and fitness goals!

We worked together to create a step-by-step plan to help her lose fat, build toned muscles, improve her overall health, posture, and mental well-being, and feel more confident and happy.

Our plan consisted of four key steps:
1. Nutrition
2. Training
3. Mind and Health
4. Accountability

For Step 1, Emma focused on eating the right amount of calories and protein to lean her body. Instead of counting calories, we focused on portion sizes and ensuring she had three to five meals/snacks per day.

Step 2 involved creating a personalized exercise program that Emma could do in her own time. We also trained together in small group sessions at my studio, which made it fun and allowed us to chat while training.

Step 3 involved weekly check-ins with Emma. We reviewed her progress, identified areas for improvement, and made adjustments as needed. For example, Emma decided to drink less alcohol and focus on drinking more water.

Step 4 was accountability. Emma had someone in her corner who provided motivation, inspiration, and guidance to help her stay on track. As her coach, I helped her navigate the ups and downs of her journey to achieve her goals.

By following these steps, Emma achieved amazing results in her health, fitness, and nutrition.
