1️⃣ Lumbar Rotations
- Gentle twists to help keep your lower back loose
2️⃣ Levator Scapulae Stretch
- Targets that “neck to shoulder” stiffness that builds up with desk work
3️⃣ Upper Trapezius Stretch
- Great for that deep, stubborn neck stiffness that can lead to headaches
You don’t need a “perfect posture”
You just need regular movement breaks, small resets done consistently make a big difference
