💛 Today is R U OK? Day 💛

Our team are huge advocates for making sure " Are you Okay? Is a regular question amongst our team and within our community, we open our arms , our hearts and listen, we listen with out judgement, just sincerity and care.

Sometimes the simplest question — “Are you OK?” — can mean the world to someone who’s struggling. We never know what challenges others may be facing, and reaching out with kindness and compassion can truly change a life. It can save a life!

You don’t have to have all the answers, just a listening ear and an open heart.

Let’s take a moment today (and every day) to check in with the people around us — our friends, family, colleagues, and community. Together, we can remind each other that none of us are alone.

So… are you OK? 💛
