Thank you to the students and staff from Marist-Sion College for conducting a heartfelt service in our chapel for Remembrance Day and taking the time to get to know Fairview residents.

This morning in the Sunroom residents enjoyed Classical Music Group in which stories were shared, pieces were appreciated and questions were answered. Attendees shared fantastic, in depth knowledge of these composers and their music.

🏇✨ What a wonderful afternoon at Fairview Village! Our annual Cup Day event in the Morton Lounge was full of fun and laughter, with games, great company, delicious afternoon tea, a few friendly drinks, and of course, the excitement of the big race! ✨ 🏇

Everyone dressed up in their spring racing best and had a lovely time together. 💐

At Fairview, Exercise is a fundamental part of the weekly in-home activity schedule. On Monday and Friday, residents can enjoy a session to promote fitness, wellbeing, socialisation and to boost endorphins. Led by a team member or a resident, the gentle movement sesssions help to keep joints flexible, improve balance, promote independence and activate muscles, among many other benefits.

Incorporating weights, balls, stretches, dancing, throwing activities and more, there's always a new way to move the body, and every movement makes a difference! 💪
