Tegan is absolutely fantastic and we are so very lucky to have her as part of the Knoxbrooke Coffee team. She’s actually been on board for a little while now, and it already feels like she’s a huge part of Knoxbrooke and our growth.

Kind, caring and encouraging, Tegan brings out the very best in our supported employees and that’s exactly what we’re all about.

With exciting things happening at Mills Rd (and maybe even some thoughts around future Saturday openings 👀), we can’t wait for the community to get to know Tegan as well as we do.

What an incredible night at the Gippsland Business Awards ✨

We may not have taken home the win, but we absolutely came away as winners. We laughed, we danced, we sang, we shared a beautiful meal and most of all, we celebrated together. 💛

Annie, our CEO summed it up perfectly: "You really did win. The smiles I’ve had speaking with everyone tonight can’t be measured" And she’s right, the joy, the connection, and the pride in what we’ve built can’t be measured.

Knoxbrooke Coffee is about so much more than a cafe, it’s about vision, community, and the extraordinary young people who are building futures filled with purpose and possibility. 🌟

Such a trill to meet Molly! so lovely

We were absolutely thrilled to welcome Molly from ABC Australia "The Piano" to the café this week! 💛

Molly is just as warm, talented, and inspiring in person as she is on screen – and our team loved meeting her, sharing a coffee, and chatting about music, creativity, and community.

It was such a joy to see the café buzzing with smiles, laughter, and a little extra star power. 🌟
