We’re Hiring: Office Manager 🌿

​We have some bittersweet news to share! We are sad to see our wonderful current Office Manager, Kayla, move on, but we are so excited for her as she heads off to new adventures and opportunities.
​This means we are looking for a new "heartbeat" for our centre—a confident, proactive leader to take the reins starting February 2026.

​The Details:
​📍 Location: Warragul Wellness Centre
​📅 Work Type: 4 days per week
​🚀 Start Date: February 2026

​The Role:
You’ll manage our reception and shop, support our incredible practitioners with HICAPS/Medicare, and ensure our Pilates studio and recovery rooms run like clockwork. It’s a mix of fast-paced coordination and independent workflow management.

​About You:
​✅ Proven management or senior wellness/medical admin experience.
​✅ Confident leader & problem solver.
​✅ Technical pro (HICAPS/Medicare/Cliniko experience is a plus!).
​✅ Someone who takes true ownership of a space.

-Meet The Practitioner-
We are delighted to announce that Beau McGarry is joining us as a General Psychologist, bringing with him a compassionate approach and a wealth of clinical expertise.

Beau is a credentialed practitioner in the treatment of eating disorders and is highly skilled in providing trauma therapy through EMDR. His practice also focuses heavily on supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating Autism and ADHD, as well as addressing the specific nuances of men’s mental health.

To ensure that professional support is accessible to everyone, Beau offers broad availability that includes weekly appointments, evening sessions, and some weekend times to accommodate even the busiest schedules.

Because the opportunity to secure consistent, recurring weekly therapy with a specialised practitioner is rare, we encourage you to get your referrals in and secure your space as soon as possible.
Beau is currently accepting new clients, and we invite you to contact our reception to arrange your initial consultation before his diary reaches capacity.
