Women’s Health Week should NOT be a marketing opportunity for grifters* (influencers with NO health qualifications whatsoever).

I am sick and tired (no pun intended) of seeing bullsh*t supplements and creams and programs that promise the world and deliver SFA.

I’ve made it my business to be on all their marketing lists, and TBH, it’s exhausting and demoralising.

Here we cut through the crap.
No bullsh*t.
No hard sell.
No over promising and under delivering.

Please do not ignore things like:�itching, pain & discomfort, increased frequency (and severity) of UTI’s, changes in frequency of urination, because these changes can get a WHOLE LOT WORSE.

THIS IS MEAL PREP in action. Pad Thai. Cook double, freeze half. This will feed me 6 times! 14 different plants (16 when I add the coriander & peanuts). Took me 30 minutes, including prep. Nourishing my Spleen, feeding the soil.
