Jess is our bubbly Myo who has some amazing hidden talents… If you’re lucky, you might get to hear how great she is at opera singing! 🎵

She has a great passion for learning about new ways she can help her patients, and is always on the lookout for extra courses to expand her toolkit.

Last week our Myo Courtney travelled to Tasmania to work alongside 20 likeminded therapists and learn the C-Section Release Method from the wonderful Madelaine Longrigg from .

After experiencing her own C-Section, Courtney understands firsthand the importance of having a safe, judgement-free space for women to share their feelings about their journey, and begin working on this beautiful region of their body that stores so much emotion.
Courtney is very passionate about supporting women through this in any way that they need.

✨ This treatment is not just about releasing your scar, but more a holistic approach that looks at each woman as a ‘whole being’ with individual movement patterns, and self-beliefs, while understanding that no two journeys are the same ✨
