One of the easiest ways to stay on track with your health goals is planning ahead with meal prep. Not only does it save time during a busy week, but it also helps you fuel your body with balanced, nourishing meals.

Here are my top tips for successful meal prep:
🥦 Pick 1 protein, 2 carbs & plenty of veggies – think chicken, salmon, quinoa, sweet potato, and a rainbow of greens.
🥗 Batch cook once, enjoy all week – roast trays of veggies, cook grains in bulk, and grill your proteins so you can mix and match.
🥑 Keep it simple but flavourful – add fresh herbs, spices, and healthy fats to keep your meals exciting.
🥤 Don’t forget snacks – prep cut-up veggies, boiled eggs, bliss balls, or yoghurt pots for quick grab-and-go energy.

Meal prep doesn’t need to be complicated—just consistent. Future you will thank present you for setting aside that little bit of time! 💚
