💉 Ever Heard of Dry Needling?

Not quite sure what it is? Let us explain!

Dry needling is a treatment technique used by some of our practitioners — including Jared and Lauren — that may be helpful for reducing muscle tension, easing pain, and improving movement.

Here’s how it works:
✔️ Fine, sterile needles (similar to acupuncture) are used
✔️ They’re inserted into specific trigger points within your muscles
✔️ This may help reset muscle tension, reduce discomfort, and improve mobility

Dry needling may be helpful for:
➡️ Neck and shoulder tension
➡️ Lower back pain
➡️ Sports-related injuries
➡️ Ongoing muscle tightness

2️⃣ Complete your New Patient info — either on your phone or the old-school paper way.

3️⃣ Then you’ll meet your practitioner to chat through your history, current concerns, and what brought you in.

4️⃣ Time for treatment! Your practitioner will guide you through it and explain everything as they go.

5️⃣ If needed, we’ll help you book your next appointment and send you off to enjoy the rest of your day — hopefully feeling a little lighter!
