Receptionist Wanted – Part-Time (3 Days per Week)
Northern Beaches Skin Cancer Clinic
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our dedicated team at the Northern Beaches Skin Cancer Clinic. This is a part-time role, working 3 days per week, with the opportunity to make a real difference in a supportive healthcare environment.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in providing a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth running of daily clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and managing front desk enquiries
- Answering phones and booking appointments
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
- Maintaining patient records and handling correspondence
- Supporting doctors with administrative tasks
About You:
- We are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Confident using computers and medical software (training provided)
- Able to multitask in a busy clinic environment
- Previous experience in medical reception or administration is highly regarded, but not essential
