My approach to bodywork is grounded, hands-on & deeply nurturing. I would consider myself to be a heart-centred practitioner who allows herself to be guided by intuition, touch & breath. I radiate a warmth & kindness that allows others to soften & share their journeys with ease & openness. I believe that you are your own guru & that I simply hold the space you may sometimes need to remember this innate truth.
