- Prenatal Yoga Series -
Run over 7 Thursdays (with a break before Easter) at 6pm.
A chance for connection to your body and to your baby through gentle and supportive movement.
We will use a variety of props like bolsters, chairs and the wall to assist in movement and as a source of support. Suitable for all stages of pregnancy (I am in my 3rd trimester so we can roll around together!!).
Each 60min class will incorporate a blend of strengthening work, stretch and release, relaxation techniques, connection to self and baby, birth prep and visualisation. You can attend the whole six classes as a series or casually on a drop in basis.
You are welcome and encouraged to bring a journal or something to write on for reflection purposes throughout.
