Possum House

At Possum House we offer counselling, play therapy, and parenting support to children, adolescents, and their families.

Nicky Trussler and Paulaida Fitzsimmons are both Accredited Mental Health Social Workers with significant experience in supporting children, young people and their families. We aim to provide a therapy environment that is safe, understanding, and age appropriate. At Possum House we have two play therapy rooms and two general counselling rooms. We provide Synergetic Play Therapy, AutPlay, Trauma Focused Cognitive Therapy, and draw from a large range of other therapeutic interventions. We believe that one size DOES NOT fit all and provides interventions tailored to each child and their family's needs.
