Supported Respite Getaways - See new places, integrate into new communities, learn new skills and meet new people. Short Term Accommodation (Respite) - An opportunity for you and your family to take a little break. In-home supports - Assistance with personal care, skill building, meal time assistance, increasing independence etc. Community based supports - Shopping, exercising, attending events and attractions. All of the above services are offered in Warrnambool & the surrounding area. Tiaki Supports is currently not a registered NDIS service so therefore we can only support those whose plan's are either self-managed or plan-managed.

Five years! 💜💜💜

It’s hard to believe how far things have come since I started Tiaki Supports. After taking a small break from the industry I missed it and wanted to get back into supporting people.

What began as me going out as an independant provider has grown into a team of close to 40 amazing, caring, and creative people who make a real difference every single day.

We’ve built something truly special — a place where our participants feel supported, valued, and empowered to thrive. Seeing everyone’s growth and success over the years fills me with so much joy.

I am very grateful every day for the wonderful team we have and the participants who welcome us into their home.

Here’s to many more years of supporting, growing, and making a difference! 💜💜💜

We are currently on the search for casual Disability Support Workers. Due to current participant needs we are seeking female staff.

Position requirements...

- A Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability (or currently undertaking)
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Working with Childrens Check (employee)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Proof of working rights in Australia
- A willingness and availability to work varying hours including sleepovers
- The ability to work with and support participants with varying needs, particulary in-home personal support and challenging behaviours.
- The availability to work every second weekend.
- Drivers license & reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.

Meet the team...

Hi, my name is Tania. I’m a proud mum of three adult daughters and a very happy new grandmother to a beautiful grandson. Family means everything to me, and if I’m not at work, you’ll probably find me out walking my Labrador Buddy on the beach, gardening, camping, or enjoying the outdoors. I also love meeting new people and being part of my community.

Four months ago, I started working with Tiaki in disability support, and I absolutely love it. With over 20 years of lived experience supporting my daughter, I know how important kindness and understanding are for families.

I’m also studying a Certificate III in Individual Support, and I’m excited to keep learning and growing so I can make an even bigger difference. My passion is helping people feel supported, valued, and good about themselves.

Hi, I’m Geran! I’ve recently joined the team and I’m loving it.

I live in beautiful Port Fairy with my wife and our three beautiful kids, who keep life busy, fun, and full of laughs.

I’ve worked across a lot of different industries over the years, but I’ve come to realise that support work is exactly what I’ve been looking for all along. It’s rewarding, people-focused, and feels like the perfect fit for me.

When I’m not with my family or at work, you’ll usually find me on the golf course chasing that perfect round. I’m excited for the journey ahead and to make a positive difference wherever I can!

You may come across Geran out ad about supporting participants or in the office were he is assisting with service delivery and compliance.
