Well that’s a wrap for 2025 for me!!!!!!

As we reach the end of 2025, I wish to thank each and everyone of my clients for your trust, loyalty and encouragement this year. It truly means the world to me.

Your support means more than I can express. I am soo grateful for every visit, kind word and the little wins along the way.

When you have a lightbulb moment on holidays and have to wait to get back into the studio to play..
I have always struggled with hip flexors switching on during ab curls. This makes me work my posterior chain to to keep the legs working. Will up the spring strength next session.
