VALE - DR MICHAEL PAGE

On behalf of Lyndoch Living and the Lyndoch Medical Hub, we express our deepest condolences to the Page family on the recent passing of Dr Michael Page.

Dr Page served our community for over 42 as a GP, with 35 of those years as a club doctor with the Warrnambool Football Netball Club. His interest was in obstetrics and sports medicine.

Dr Page created a family atmosphere within the Warrnambool Medical Clinic and served on the Lyndoch Living Board for many years. Considered a considerate friend, he was well-respected within the community and by his colleagues.

We are all deeply saddened by this news, and our thoughts are with his family at this time.

Please do not click on the link and provide your details, as this email is not from Lyndoch Medical. We would not send emails of this nature, so please ignore and delete the email if you have received one.

We have already blocked these emails and reported the link to the hosting site. However, if you have clicked on the link and provided a password, please change your password immediately.

Warrnambool Medical Clinic and Lyndoch Medical Hub are moving!

As construction of the new Primary Health Centre nears completion, staff of Warrnambool Medical Clinic and Lyndoch Medical Hub are excitedly preparing for relocation to the new facility at 24 Hopkins Road Warrnambool.

As a patient of our clinic your medical care is our priority and we assure you that we will make the transition to the new clinic as seamless as possible.

Doctors and allied health staff at Warrnambool Medical Clinic, currently located at 193a Liebig Street and Lyndoch Medical Hub, located at 22 Hopkins Road, will cease face to face patient appointments at close of business on Wednesday 19 October.

Consultations will commence from the new Primary Health Centre at 24 Hopkins Road Warrnambool from 9.30am on Monday 24 October 2022.

If you require urgent medical care during this close down period, please present to the Emergency Department at South West Healthcare, 25 Ryot Street Warrnambool or call an ambulance on 000.

Our Chronic Disease Management appointments will continue to take place at Warrnambool Medical Clinic, 193a Liebig Street.

There will be no change to appointments scheduled at our Mortlake Clinic.

Our staff are looking forward to welcoming you to Lyndoch Medical Hub at the new Primary Health Centre where we will offer the most updated and modern environment and facilities, but most importantly the same excellent care from our doctors, nurses, allied health and administrative staff.

On-site parking is available for over 100 cars in a new purpose built carpark, and Warrnambool Bus Lines are offering 30-minute pick up and drop offs near the entrance of the new building.

Our Practice Fee Summary:

Short Consultation: (less than 15 minutes): $37.50
Standard Consultation (15-20 minutes): $72.50
Long Consultation (30-40 minutes): $115.50

We ask that all fees are paid on the day of consultation. Payments not paid on the day will incur an additional account rate.

The Medicare Gap fee must be paid as a minimum on the day.

REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
Following GP approval, repeat prescriptions can be filled without a consultation. A standard fee of $12 applies for this service, to be paid upon collection of the prescription.

REFERRED SERVICES
If your GP refers you to another service provider, out of pocket expenses may apply.

If so, it is NOT a message from Warrnambool Medical Clinic. Our clinic policy for medical results is either a text message requesting an appointment or a personal voicemail from our Doctors or staff.

If you have received a text message with a link to listen to a voicemail from your Doctor, DO NOT click on the link. Delete the message as this is a SCAM.
