So ... just completed no alcohol for all November😁 yes I’m very proud of myself! As you all would be aware changing habits is BLOODY tough but alot easier to achieve when teaming up with others (thanks Mel Willis). So have a crack at less drinking, takeaway foods and increase movment and time out for yourself 😁 I noticed these changes after only a month...
- Sleep was less interrupted
- Clearer focused and motivated
- weight loss (4kg without trying)
Definitely back On my beloved VB’s soon but in a moderated way😜
