Join the team at Loved & Shared for an inspiring afternoon with Lisa Gorman, as she shares her extraordinary journey of creativity, resilience and purpose.

This meaningful event supports the incredible work of Loved & Shared, a local organisation rehoming quality children’s items to families across South West Victoria. In 2025 alone, they supported over 700 local children and diverted more than 10 tonnes of items from landfill — and every ticket sold helps them reach even more families in 2026 💛

Every class you see at UPR is built on more than programming, rehab and Pilates – it’s built on connection.
When you walk through our doors, you’re not just joining a workout, you’re joining a family that laughs together, lifts each other up, and sometimes… forgets where we left the spring handles or their laptops 🙈

Haha well I decided to take the leap and took advice to show people more of who we are at UPR.

So I figured Id start then handball to Dallas tomorrow.

Im Amy, co-owner and co-founder of UPR.
This was super tough for me as I don't do well in front of cameras but I do know how much I love the feeling of 'knowing' someone before seeing them as a client. So over the next couple of days/weeks, we'll be passing the camera around to staff and clients so you guys can get to know us and our community 🥰

Oh and please ignore the post-partum mullet hair 🤦‍♀️ 😆

We’re excited to share that Amy Meehan (yep, UPR’s OG 🙋‍♀️) is officially back on the evening schedule, taking over one of our Breathe + Reform classes (video is not an indication of what you will be doing in a Breathe + Reform so don't worry 🤭😆)

Amy has been teaching Pilates since 2001 and is known for delivering classes that meet everyone where they’re at — whether you’re brand new to Reformer or a seasoned mover who loves a challenge.

Our Breathe + Reform Classes are:

⭐ Perfect for beginners ready to learn the ropes

⭐ Great for experienced clients wanting to refine technique, reconnect with their body, and still be pushed

⭐ Bonus - 5pm Friday evening is a chance to train directly with Amy again
