Ethics in mediumship is not about appearing virtuous.
It is about containment, responsibility, and restraint.
It requires the practitioner to remain accountable to their own projections, limitations, and humanity.
In my practice, privacy is sacred.
Supervision is ongoing.
Personal development is not optional.
This work is not performance.
It is relational encounter.
Those who are seeking spectacle will not find it here.
Those who value depth, integration, and psychological responsibility — will.

Quiet work attracts the right people.

There is a difference between proving something and encountering something.
Over time, my work has shifted.
I’m less interested in performance and more interested in what reorganises the psyche.
Less concerned with spectacle and more attentive to meaning.
Relational mediumship, as I practice it, is about what becomes possible when the field softens and recognition is allowed to unfold in its own timing.
Not everything lands immediately.
Not everything needs to.
Sometimes integration is the real evidence.

The sky held us.
The ocean received us.
We’ve landed.
Not with noise —
but with breath.
A new coastline.
A new rhythm.
Same depth.

not interpretation.
The image arrives
when it’s ready.

Savouring the last moments in Portland.
There’s a particular tenderness that comes when a place has held you well
and it’s time to loosen your grip.
These days are slower.
I’m noticing small rituals, familiar streets, the quality of light,
and the subtle way endings invite gratitude rather than urgency.
Before movement, there is always this pause—
a moment to let what has mattered register in the body
before the next landscape begins to speak.
Holding Portland gently,
as we prepare to walk on. 🌿

Before meaning,
there is sensation.
A shift.
A pressure.
A quiet stirring.
When we listen to the body
without rushing to interpret,
symbol opens on its own.
This is where mediumship becomes
gentle, accurate,
and sustainable.

Many forms of evidential mediumship rely on force rather than relationship.
They train intensity, accuracy, and stamina —
but rarely address:
• nervous system regulation
• relational presence
• symbolic containment
• or the cost of prolonged adrenal activation
Over time, practitioners report fatigue, flattening, loss of meaning, or burnout — despite technical competence.
My work integrates depth psychotherapy with mediumship practice, supporting a shift from force-based perception to relational generation.
This is not about doing less —
it’s about working differently.
Sustainability, ethics, and depth are not luxuries in this field.
They are clinical necessities.
Expressions of Interest are now open for practitioner-level training.

Mediumship does not exist outside the nervous system, the relational field, or the psyche.

Many experienced mediums reach a point where effort no longer brings depth — only fatigue.

My work brings together depth psychotherapy and mediumship support.
• regulation rather than over-activation
• relational skill rather than performance
• symbolic and imaginal perception rather the forcing information

This is not a beginners course and not an evidential shortcut.

It is training for practitioners who want their work to be paced, ethical, and sustainable over time.

Expression of interest are now open via ‘Get In Touch’ in bio.

In depth work — whether therapeutic, imaginal, or mediumistic — symbol does not arrive to inform.

It arrives to relate.

A symbol is not a message to decode or prove.
It is a living form that carries feeling, movement, resonance.

When we chase messages, we collapse meaning.
When we stay with symbol, meaning unfolds in time.

This is how work remains ethical.
This is how it stays alive.

Symbol does not answer questions. It changes the way question is held.

I feel deeply grateful for the warmth, trust, and presence you’ve offered the work we did together. January bookings are now FULL — thank you for meeting this work in the way you did. With receptiveness, trust and continued commitment to yourself, psyche and Spirit.

I’ll share what’s next soon. 🌿

Imaginal perception does not arise from effort or force. It emerges when the body is settled and receptive. Discernment is learning where perception truly comes from.

“As we move through thresholds,
we pause to honour what has passed
and make space for what is emerging.
Sometimes all that’s required
is presence…
and the willingness to listen.”

The waxing moon invites refinement, momentum, and gentle devotion to what is forming.
This is a reminder that ritual does not need to be elaborate.
A moment of stillness.
A candle.
Water.
A conscious pause.
As we step into a new season, may what you tend now steady you for what lies ahead.
