The Hands on Clinic The Hands on Clinic is a practice that prides itself on being "hands - on" utilising both traditional techniques and the most up-to-date treatments.

We are dedicated to ongoing learning. The Hands On Clinic consists of solo professional Physiotherapist who offers excellent ‘Hands On’ service, using the most up-to-date research to back up his treatments and exercise prescriptions. Our Physiotherapist is highly trained to assess and diagnose varying conditions, then plan and administer appropriate treatment and programs to restore our clients function to the highest possible level. Our physiotherapist is qualified to treat all types of pain, movement and dysfunction problems, ranging from athletes, arthritis sufferers and Veterans (DVA). Our Physio also works in partnership with surgeons, GP’s and other health care professionals to ensure the best possible treatment and care. We are a family run practice and we strive to look after your family members as we would our own.

🩵 PORTLAND - THANKYOU🩵

Wednesday 22nd Jan 2025 was Ritesh’s last day of practice in Portland after 15 years serving the local community - 10 years of those driving across weekly.

It’s a bittersweet goodbye, Ritesh loves Portland and his clients there. Portland is where Ritesh got his first start in Australia and it will always be a special place for us as a family.

We had a lovely night last night at the Portland Memorial Bowls Club with some of Ritesh’s past work colleagues and clients who have been seeing Ritesh over the last 15 years. It was a great night and some lovely words were spoken. With a fantastic surprise during speeches too!
