Tomorrow is Work-it-Out Wednesday, a drop-in day for free lactation support. No appointment needed, just come into the Breastfeeding Centre anytime between 10am-4pm to chat with a Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). 🤱

If things don't feel quite right while breastfeeding, it's important to speak with a trusted professional. Here are some instances where we recommend seeking support ASAP:

- Cracked, sore or bleeding ni***es
- Pain or discomfort with latching
- Baby not swallowing during feeds
- Baby not gaining enough weight
- Breastfeeding is painful
- Baby appears dehydrated
- Few wet or dirty nappies
- Baby is lethargic
- Feeds are consistently very long/short
- Fever, chills, breast lumps or redness
- Plan feels overwhelming or unsustainable
- Persistent low mood or anxiety
