If you need tips on how to fix cars, feel free to DM me…

As you can see here, it’s a very technical process:
• stick your tongue out for concentration
• hit things with a hammer
• hope for the best

Been doing this for years now… still not sure what I’m doing, but it looks convincing enough.

How I do it – chasing the simple things

Nothing crazy here… just me, the dog, and a frisbee by the water.

This is the sort of stuff that would be pretty hard without the tracks chair. Soft ground, uneven terrain—normally a no go in a manual chair.

But with the right setup, it’s easy.

She gets her run, I get to be out here, and we both enjoy it.

It might look a bit different, but it works—and that’s what matters.

How I do it – baking with the kids 🍰

This kitchen isn’t accessible, so I’ve had to figure out my own way.

I’m side on to the bench because I can’t get under it, using a thick chopping board on my lap as a work surface. And with no muscle function below my chest, leaning forward like this takes a lot more effort than it probably looks.

It’s not the easiest way… but it works.

And at the end of the day, I still get to be in the kitchen, baking with my daughter and being part of those moments—that’s what matters.

I’m looking to feature more amazing people on my page.

People living with a disability who are still getting out there, doing what they enjoy, and finding ways to make life work.

The goal is to share real stories—what life looked like before, what it looks like now, the challenges, the wins, and how you’ve adapted. Nothing staged or polished… just real people and real experiences.

If you’d be open to having a chat and sharing your story, or you know someone who would be perfect, tag them below or send me a message 👍

Keen to connect with a few legends and share more stories that might help others see what’s possible.

I’m in high demand…

Just kidding — I was getting absolutely tortured in the gym by these two 😂

I don’t enjoy the gym and probably never will, but it’s important.
For someone in my position it helps with strength, transfers in and out of the chair, and keeping everything working the way it should.

Not always fun… but it gets done. (Sometimes) 😂

Little fella just got his licence… so I thought I’d let him take me for a spin 😂

Without the track chair, something like this would be pretty hard… or we’d miss out altogether.

Instead, we’re out here doing it.

Actual footage of me pretending I’ve got something smart to say…
(spoiler: I didn’t) 😂

Was a good experience though with Ricky Esterquest— not something I’m used to, but sometimes just being willing to give it a crack and wing it is all you need.

My daughter’s biggest challenge isn’t me being in a wheelchair… it’s me being in public 😂

Took the dog for a run around the river with the Batec.

Without it, something like this would be extremely difficult.

Instead, I get to be out here, she gets her walk, and we both get to enjoy it.

Battery life’s solid too — we normally do a 6–8km loop no worries, and the furthest I’ve pushed it on a single charge is around 60km.

Out on the beach in the track chair for a bbq.

With a bit of help and the right setup, I can still be out here doing the things I enjoy.

Not stuck at home… not missing out
