And that’s a wrap from us for 2025!

As we look back and reflect on 2025, we’ve welcomed a new team member, introduced new workshops, invested in our upskilling at various seminars and conferences, continued our learning, bonded as a team, provided more education and knowledge to our community, got more involved in community events this year and celebrated 11 years of service and business! 🙌🎉

To every person who trusted us with their care, showed up for themselves, and became part of our Spine Studio community — we are so grateful and appreciative of you all! Being able to support you in healing, feeling and moving better is a privilege we never take for granted. Thank you 🙏💖

We are excited for all the projects and greater impact and community initiatives that we have planned for 2026! Looking forward to sharing them with you all soon!

We will be open throughout the holiday period, only closed on the public holidays.

To get through the festive season with as least stress as possible and keeping you well so you can enjoy our break, we recommend that you:
• check out our Christmas Availability
• book your appointment early (ie now) to keep your care on track at days and times most convenient for you
• if your usual Chiropractor is away, another one of our awesome Chiropractors will be more than happy to take care of you and keep you on track and feeling good for the silly season.

International Men’s Day is a global awareness day for many issues that men face, including abuse, homelessness, su***de, and violence, celebrated annually on 19 November. It’s a day to encourage openness about mental health and health struggles and to support men in seeking help and support.

Today, we honour the men who lead with integrity, show kindness and strength, embracing vulnerability.
