Sitting in my favourite spot, in the sunshine. As my tired eyes gaze into the space, I breath deeply to remember how grateful I 🙏 am. Enjoying one of my favourite fruits and grounding my bare feet on the gentle green grass of mother earth.
As I observed I see a dragonfly dancing around me, way up in the thermals I see a flick of birds graceful going with the thermals flow. A gentle nudge from my loving dog . So many reminders that in the stillness of life you are with yourself.
