Always good to head to Margaret River, definitely got my exercise quota in with 2 hour beach walk yesterday and 3 hours on a canoe tour today learning about indigenous foods and history in the area🥰.

Enjoyed the weekend attending the Massage and Myotherapy Conference in Perth. Great to hear the latest information on treating scar tissue, hip and groin pain and the latest research on the complexity of pain and how massage can help. Nice to have my friend Kerry over from Brisbane for it too😍

So the warm weather is starting to come back to Perth, with that comes thoughts of getting out and about, sorting the garden, thinking about starting exercise perhaps?! There are so many great things to do that count as exercise. I love weights training, walking the dogs and dancing.
Exercise is great for keeping us physically AND mentally healthy. I love massage for the fact it can help keep you moving🥰 hopefully you can find something you love for exercise this summer!
