We know health needs don’t take a break, so here’s how you can access care while we’re closed 👇

We’ll be back Tuesday morning from 6:30 am, ready to continue providing the quality care you know and trust.

🏥 Alternative Care Options:

Wauchope Hospital Urgent Care – open 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, for minor injuries or more urgent health needs.

Port Macquarie Base Hospital Emergency Department and Fast Track Urgent Care (Wrights Road, Port Macquarie) are also available.

MNC Virtual Care – speak to a nurse or doctor from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm daily on (02) 6589 2515.

Health Direct – 24/7 health advice on 1800 022 222.

Our IT provider is actively working with our communications provider to resolve the issue. We’ve been informed that the problem is at the wholesale level and is affecting multiple NBN connections across different sites. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated as we know more. Please be advised that our center will be closed on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, Sunday, and Holiday Monday. We understand the importance of healthcare during the holidays, which is why we want to ensure you have all the information you need for alternative care options during this time.
We will reopen on Tuesday morning at 6:30 am, ready to welcome you back and continue providing the high-quality care you trust.
For urgent medical needs throughout the Easter weekend, Wauchope Hospital Urgent Care will be operational from 8 am to 6 pm. Their dedicated team is prepared to assist with any minor injuries or more urgent healthcare needs you may encounter.
Should you need health advice or wish to speak with a nurse or doctor over the holiday, MNC Virtual Care is available at 02 6589 2515 from 8 am to 4:30 pm, seven days a week. Additionally, Mid North Coast Health Connect (1800198888) and Health Direct (1800022222) are accessible for any health-related concerns or queries.
